V stredu 28. septembra skončil cyklus seminárov ktorý organizovala regionálna sekcia ARŠG. Na troch stretnutiach pod vedením docenta Kratochvíľa si učitelia dejepisu rozoberali súčasné trendy v modernej pedagogickej praxi ale aj simulovali pedagogické a didaktické situácie v podmienkach vyučovania dejepisu na gymnáziách. Prvé stretnutie bolo 3. a 4,decembra 2015 v Starej Bystrici, druhé 2. a 3. mája 2016 a posledné 26. až 28. septembra 2016 boli v hoteli Diana v Stráži.
Riaditelia štátnych gymnázií Žilinského kraja sa snažia o vytvorenie podmienok na odborný rast svojich učiteľov, ale aj o vytvorenie priestoru na neformálne výmeny skúseností a podnetov. Preto našli v úbohých školských rozpočtoch z
